Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should be a B.Com graduate with a basic understanding of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and bookkeeping. Freshers with good accounting knowledge are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Record day-to-day financial transactions and maintain accounting records.
- Prepare and process purchase and sales invoices.
- Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Assist in bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
- Maintain vouchers, bills, and financial documents.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and MIS.
- Coordinate with vendors and customers regarding payments.
- Support payroll-related accounting entries, if required.
- Ensure accurate documentation and filing of financial records.
- Perform other accounting and finance-related tasks assigned by the reporting manager.





Requirements

- B.Com Graduate (Mandatory).
- 0–2 years of experience in Accounting or Finance (Freshers are welcome).
- Basic knowledge of Tally ERP, Tally Prime, or other accounting software.
- Understanding of GST, TDS, and basic accounting concepts.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work accurately and meet deadlines.
