Job Title: Insurance Executive – Automobile Industry

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Insurance Executive to join our automobile dealership/finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling vehicle insurance policies, managing renewals, and ensuring seamless coordination between customers, the dealership, and insurance partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Promote and sell vehicle insurance products (comprehensive, third-party, and add-on covers) to new and existing customers
- Build and maintain solid relationships with insurance company partners (e.g., ICICI Lombard, HDFC Ergo, Bajaj Allianz, etc.)
- Assist customers with policy renewals, claim intimation, and claim settlement processes
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
- Ensure accurate documentation, KYC compliance, and adherence to regulatory guidelines (IRDAI norms)
- Coordinate closely with the dealership sales and finance teams to cross-sell insurance during vehicle purchase




- Maintain customer database and follow up for policy renewals and upselling opportunities
- Handle customer queries and grievances professionally, ensuring high customer satisfaction

Key Requirements:

- Graduate in any discipline (preference for Insurance, Finance, or Business Administration background)
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in insurance sales or automobile industry
- Valid IRDAI license (or willingness to obtain certification)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Target-oriented mindset with proven sales track record
- Proficiency in local language and basic English
- Basic computer/MS Office skills for documentation

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
