We are currently looking for a Failure Analysis and Repair Engineer.

As a Failure Analysis and Repair Engineer, you will play a critical role in diagnosing, repairing, and analyzing product failures across our consumer electronics portfolio. This is a rare opportunity to work hands-on with cutting-edge wearable and audio technology, ensuring product reliability and customer satisfaction.

We are looking for a problem-solver who can think analytically, work independently, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. If you have the curiosity of a product investigator, the precision of a repair specialist, and the drive to improve customer experience, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

Product Testing & Repair

- Test and evaluate customer return and replacement products.
- Diagnose and repair Crossbeats products across all categories.
- Perform functional and quality checks before and after repairs.

Failure Analysis & Documentation

- Verify reported customer issues and document findings accurately.
- Conduct root cause analysis and defect investigations.
- Maintain accurate records of spare parts and components used during each repair.
- Report repetitive issues to the team and support corrective and preventive actions.

Quality & Improvement

- Assist in identifying manufacturing,



component, firmware, or usage-related issues.
- Support product quality improvement and customer satisfaction initiatives.

Who You Are

- Have 1–3 years of experience in electronics repair, testing, or failure analysis (freshers with strong technical skills may also be considered).
- Strong understanding of electronics and consumer electronics products.
- Familiarity with testing equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and power supplies.
- Knowledge of Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, wearable devices, audio products, and smart electronics.
- Hands-on soldering and component-level repair skills.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets for reporting and documentation.
- Awareness of the latest consumer technology trends.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and customer-obsessed environment.
