Job Title: Telecaller Executive

The Opportunity

As a telecaller, you will make effective sales calls, qualify leads, market products and services over the phone to a variety of potential clients, and schedule appointments for the Business Development team. As part of the role, you will maintain a thorough understanding of products and services, process sales and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outgoing customer calls or cold calls in order to sell our core service whilst understanding the scope of the prospect
- Communicating clearly and effectively the features, advantages, and benefits of our services.




- Scheduling appointments or demonstrations for interested prospects to further discuss our services.
- Maintaining a follow-up system to nurture leads and convert them into customers.
- Updating and maintaining accurate records of contacts, prospects, and clients information in the CRM system.
