Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a creative and execution-driven Social Media Executive who can build, grow, and manage our digital presence across platforms. If you understand trends, audience psychology, and content that performs—this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

- Manage and grow social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
- Plan and execute content calendars aligned with brand strategy
- Create engaging posts, captions, and campaigns
- Identify and leverage trending content for brand visibility
- Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize strategy
- Engage with audience, respond to queries, and build a robust online community

- Meta Business Suite / LinkedIn Analytics

Preferred

- Canva/ Adobe tools (for creatives)
- Scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Later)
- Basic knowledge of performance tracking (Google Analytics, insights tools)

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 1–5 years of relevant experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Basavanagudi, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
