- B.Tech/B.E. or Diploma in Electrical Engineering is preferred.
- MBA in Marketing or Sales will be an added advantage.
- 3–8 years of experience in B2B Business Development or Technical Sales.
- Experience in industrial products, electrical equipment, EPC, OEM, infrastructure, power, or manufacturing industries is preferred.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, OEMs, and channel partners.
- Generate enquiries and convert them into profitable business opportunities.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and contracts with customers.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop business from existing customers while acquiring current accounts.
- Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and client meetings.
- Coordinate with internal teams for quotation preparation, order execution,



and after-sales support.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and submit regular MIS and sales reports.
- Ensure timely follow-up of enquiries, proposals, and payments.
- Travel extensively for customer meetings, site visits, exhibitions, and business development activities.
- Possess strong knowledge of electrical products, industrial solutions, or project-based sales.
- Have excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Be proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and CRM/ERP software.
- Possess a valid driving license and be willing to travel frequently.
- Be self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently under pressure.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
