Key ResponsibilitiesHR Operations

- Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and separation.
- Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation.
- Develop, implement, and improve HR operational processes and SOPs.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are consistently followed across the organization.

Payroll & Benefits

- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs, attendance, leave records, incentives, and reimbursements.
- Validate payroll data and collaborate with the finance/payroll team for timely salary processing.
- Administer employee advantages including insurance, PF, ESIC, gratuity, and other statutory benefits.

Statutory Compliance

- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate statutory filings, audits, and inspections.
- Maintain records related to PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, and other compliance requirements.

Attendance & Leave Management

- Monitor attendance, leave balances, and shift records.
- Resolve attendance and leave-related queries from employees and managers.
- Generate HR reports related to attendance,



absenteeism, and workforce metrics.

HRIS & Documentation

- Manage and update the Human Resource Information System (HRIS).
- Generate periodic MIS reports and HR dashboards.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of employee data.

Employee Relations

- Address employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, benefits, and documentation.
- Support grievance handling and employee engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate employee communication and HR announcements.

Performance & Audit Support

- Assist in performance appraisal administration.
- Prepare HR reports for management reviews.
- Support internal and external HR audits.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.

Experience

- 4–7 years of experience in HR Operations.
- Experience handling payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and employee lifecycle management.
- Experience with HRMS/HRIS software is preferred.
