We are looking for a agile and customer-focused Sales Manager to join our interior design and furnishing showroom. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of experience in sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a good understanding of interior materials, furniture, modular solutions, and home décor. The candidate will be responsible for handling walk-in clients, understanding their requirements, converting leads into sales, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the interior design, furniture, modular kitchen, home décor, or building materials industry.
- Basic knowledge of interior works, materials, and design concepts.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of CRM software is an added advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in showroom sales.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
