Job Description

Role Summary:

Act as the records and coordination backbone of the Business Development team — maintaining accurate CRM data, calendars, meeting notes, and case files so that every lead, case, and document is organized, current, and easy to retrieve.

Key Responsibilities:

- Enter and update lead, case, and opportunity data in the CRM system accurately and on time.

- Maintain the team's shared calendar — scheduling meetings, client calls, and internal reviews, and sending reminders.
- Take and circulate notes for meetings and events, ensuring key action items and dates are captured.
- File and organize documents (case files, correspondence, MoMs, proposals) into the correct folders/systems.
- Maintain and issue tracking IDs for leads and cases,



ensuring consistent numbering and traceability.
- Stay familiar with the status of ongoing cases so information can be retrieved quickly on request.
- Maintain dashboards/trackers showing pipeline status, case aging, and key dates across all verticals.
- Maintain a well-organized archive of closed cases and historical records for easy future reference.
- Support Assistant Managers and the Senior Manager / Manager with day-to-day administrative and data needs.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in data entry, CRM administration, or office coordination.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage calendars, files, and multiple ongoing cases simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel in particular) and CRM/database tools.
- Valuable written and verbal communication skills.
