Job description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our team as Academic Counselors. The role involves guiding prospective students, explaining course details, and helping them choose the right educational programs based on their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Counsel students regarding courses, programs, and admission procedures
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate admissions
- Follow up with leads and maintain student databases
- Understand student requirements and suggest suitable courses
- Assist students throughout the enrollment process
- Maintain daily counseling reports and admission records
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth admission processing
- Achieve admission targets and contribute to business growth

Requirements:

- Any degree/diploma qualification




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Freshers are encouraged to apply

- Solid convincing ability
- Sales-oriented mindset
- Ability to build rapport with students and parents
