Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled 3D Visualizer / Interior Designer to create high-quality architectural and interior visualizations for luxury residential projects. The ideal candidate should have experience producing photorealistic renders, walkthroughs, and presentation materials while collaborating with architects and design teams.

Qualifications

- Diploma in Architecture, B.Arch, Interior Design, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in architectural or interior visualization.

Required Skills

- SketchUp
- Lumion
- D5 Render
- Enscape
- AutoCAD (2D)
- Adobe Photoshop
- Knowledge of rendering, lighting, materials, and textures
- Ability to interpret architectural drawings and design concepts

Key Responsibilities

- Create accurate 3D models from architectural and interior drawings.
- Produce high-quality interior and exterior renderings.
- Develop walkthrough animations and presentation visuals.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and project teams throughout the design process.
- Prepare presentation boards, material palettes, and concept visuals.
- Revise renderings based on project requirements and feedback.




- Ensure timely delivery while maintaining high visual quality.
