Job Overview

Position: Telesales Executive – Outbound Calling

Location: New Town, Kolkata (In-Person)

Schedule: Full-Time (10:30 AM – 7:30 PM)

Experience: Freshers & Experienced (0–3 Years)

Start Date: Immediate

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Calling: Perform high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients and leads.

Pitching & Conversion: Present company products/services effectively, address customer queries, and convert prospects into sales.

Lead Follow-Up: Diligently track and follow up on warm leads to build a healthy sales pipeline.

Target Achievement: Consistently meet daily, weekly,



and monthly outreach and conversion targets.

CRM & Record Keeping: Accurately log, client details, and transaction statuses in MS Excel or internal CRM software.

Customer Relationship: Resolve initial customer concerns professionally and build immediate trust over the phone.

Requirements & Qualifications

Languages: Must be fluent in Bengali, Hindi, and English (Mandatory).

Attributes: Confident, persuasive, resilient against rejection, and target-driven.

Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM tools).

Experience: Prior experience in telecalling, outbound sales, or customer relationship management is a plus (Freshers are encouraged to apply).

Salary & Compensation

Pay Range: ₹10,000.00 to ₹12,000.00 per month

Structure: Fixed Salary + Incentives
