Key Responsibilities:

- Inspect sheet metal fabricated parts as per quality standards and customer requirements.
- Carry out visual (eye) inspection to identify defects, damages, scratches, dents, or other quality issues.
- Perform gauge inspection using customer-provided gauges to verify product dimensions and specifications.
- Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Height Gauges, and other inspection tools as required.
- Record inspection results and maintain quality documents.
- Segregate non-conforming parts and report quality issues to the concerned supervisor.
- Ensure compliance with customer quality standards and company procedures.

Requirements:

- Basic knowledge of sheet metal fabrication processes.
- Ability to read and understand inspection standards and work instructions.
- Familiarity with visual inspection, gauges, and measuring instruments.

Experience: 0–6 months in Quality Inspection (Sheet Metal Fabrication preferred)
Qualification: ITI / Diploma / Graduate (Preferred)

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
