Vedant Engitech & Infrastructure Pvt Ltd (VEIPL) is hiring an experienced HR & Labour Compliance Executive with solid knowledge of statutory compliance in the construction/MEPF industry.

Must-Have Criteria (Do Not Apply if Not Matching)

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in T & A or labour law compliance
- Experience in construction / infrastructure / MEP industry
- Hands-on knowledge of PF, ESIC, CLRA, Bonus, Gratuity
- Must be based in Ahmedabad or willing to relocate immediately

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory regulations
- Maintain registers, returns, and documentation
- Handle labour inspections and audits
- Manage contractor compliance and documentation
- Coordinate payroll inputs and attendance
- Support HR operations and employee relations
- Co ordinating for HRMS and Recruitment

Preferred Qualifications





- Bachelor’s degree in HR / Commerce / related field
- Strong knowledge of labour compliance systems
- Good command over MS Excel

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹40,000.04 per month
