We are looking for an experienced Accountant to independently manage our quick-paced distribution accounts. You will be responsible for end-to-end accounting in TallyPrime, spanning inventory control, automated billing, and statutory tax compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Tally Inventory Management: Handle purchase/sales entries, track batch/expiry, maintain stock registers, and perform weekly physical stock vs. Tally reconciliations.
- Billing & Logistics: Generate compliant Tax Invoices, e-Invoices, and e-Way Bills via Tally. Track credit limits for retailers/distributors.
- Purchases & Payables: Execute 3-way matching (Purchase Order vs. Warehouse GRN vs. Supplier Bill). Manage vendor payments and trade schemes.
- GST & Direct Taxes: Reconcile GSTR-2B with Tally purchases for accurate Input Tax Credit (ITC). Calculate and file GST (1 & 3B), TDS, and TCS on sale of goods (Sec 206C(1H)/194Q).
- Receivables & Reporting: Maintain the aging report for outstanding customer payments and provide daily cash flow updates.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
