BASU Classes is looking for a motivated HR Intern to join our team and gain practical experience in Recruitment, Onboarding, and HR Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates through job portals.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews.
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Assist with employee onboarding and documentation.
- Maintain HR records, employee data, and HRMS.
- Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Pursuing or recently completed an MBA/BBA (HR) or related field.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in Human Resources.
