Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to contact prospective and existing customers, explain our products or services, generate leads, and maintain positive customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to handle calls professionally.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Explain products, services, or offers clearly and accurately.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments when required.
- Follow up with customers regarding inquiries and pending actions.
- Maintain accurate call records and update customer information in the CRM or database.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Escalate customer concerns to the appropriate team when necessary.




- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Required Qualifications

- High school diploma or bachelor's degree (preferred).
- 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.

Skills Required

- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency.
- Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
