We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our recruitment and HR operations. This internship offers hands-on experience in talent acquisition, employee onboarding, attendance management, and HR administration.
Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals and social media.
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Assist in onboarding and documentation.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Support attendance and leave management.
- Assist in preparing HR reports and MIS.
Requirements
- Completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Willingness to learn and work in a quick-paced environment.
Pay: From ₹7,000.00 per month
