Role Overview:

The HR Executive will play a key role in managing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll coordination, and compliance. The role requires a proactive professional who can support both strategic and administrative HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment process — sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
- Conduct onboarding and orientation programs for current employees.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR databases.
- Assist in preparing offer letters, appointment letters, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate payroll data with the accounts department.
- Handle employee queries and grievances with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Organize employee engagement and training programs.
- Ensure HR policies are implemented in line with company and legal standards.




- Support performance management and appraisal processes.
- Assist in statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Human Resources or related field.
- Freshers /1 yr exp in HR operations or generalist roles (preferably in a tech or engineering company).
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, statutory compliance, and recruitment platforms.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software/tools.
- Ability to handle confidential information

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
