We're Hiring: Civil Draftsman

Location: Kozhikode, Kerala

Job Summary

IAMA Designers & Developers LLP is seeking a Civil Draftsman to join our growing team in Kozhikode. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of civil drafting, construction drawings, and detailing. This role offers the opportunity to work on premium residential and commercial architectural projects in a professional and team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare accurate 2D civil and architectural drawings using AutoCAD.
- Develop working drawings, construction drawings, layout plans, sections, elevations, and detailing.
- Revise drawings based on design changes, site requirements, and management feedback.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams to ensure drawing accuracy.
- Maintain proper documentation and version control of project drawings.
- Assist in preparing BOQs, quantity take-offs, and drawing schedules when required.
- Ensure drawings comply with company standards and project specifications.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering
- 1–2 of experience as a Civil Draftsman.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
- Knowledge of construction drawings, structural detailing, and building plans.




- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet project deadlines.
