We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Housekeeping Staff to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest comfort throughout the resort. The ideal candidate should be honest, detail-oriented, and committed to providing a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

- Clean and maintain guest rooms, cottages, bathrooms, and common areas.
- Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish guest amenities.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize assigned areas.
- Ensure rooms are prepared according to resort standards before guest check-in.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or lost-and-found items to the supervisor.
- Handle housekeeping equipment and cleaning supplies safely and efficiently.
- Assist with laundry operations, folding linens when required.
- Maintain cleanliness in public spaces such as reception, dining areas, corridors, and recreational facilities.
- Follow all health, hygiene, and safety guidelines.
- Provide courteous and professional service to guests while respecting their privacy.

Requirements





- Hardworking, honest, and dedicated to maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Good physical fitness and ability to perform housekeeping duties.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning methods and housekeeping practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good time management and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in housekeeping at a hotel, resort, homestay, or hospitality establishment is preferred.
- Basic understanding of hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Ability to communicate politely with guests and colleagues.
