As a Counselor , you will be the first point of contact for prospective learners and will play a key role in guiding them through our offerings. Salary- 20 k to 25 k

Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to potential customers via calls, emails, and WhatsApp to promote Ed-Tech products and services.
- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable courses or learning paths.
- Schedule and conduct product demos or counseling sessions (online).
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and manage the sales funnel.
- Meet weekly and monthly targets for outreach and conversions.
- Maintain CRM tools and update call logs and lead status regularly.
- Build strong relationships with customers to ensure trust and future sales.
Qualification Required:
- Fresh graduates (B.A., B. Com, BBA, etc.) with valuable communication skills.
- Comfortable with phone-based conversations and working with sales targets.
- Passionate about education and helping others grow.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.43 per month
