Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to serve as the vital connection between the sales team, operations, and clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills and a solid understanding of advertising or media project management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and follow up on sales quotations and purchase orders (POs)
- Manage client communications and respond promptly to queries
- Coordinate order processing with operations and production teams
- Ensure timely campaign execution by coordinating deployment plans
- Share rollouts, updates, and demo presentations with clients
- Assist in organizing demos and preparing related presentations
- Maintain and update client records in the CRM system
- Follow up with clients on approvals, payments, and feedback
- Coordinate with operations for advance payments,



production updates, and logistics
- Share project summaries and app login details with clients
- Collect TDS certificates, feedback letters, and credentials post-project
- Help organize promotional campaigns and client events
- Provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction
- Generate weekly sales and job progress reports
- Maintain inventory of sample materials/media for client demos
- Update marketing data, Diwali lists, and client databases

Key Skills:

- Sales coordination and corporate client handling
- Order processing and client communication
- Advertising/media campaign execution
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with CRM software (Zoho, Salesforce, or similar)
- Project tracking and logistics coordination
- After-sales support and report generation
- Strong team collaboration skills

Additional Requirements:

- Prior experience in advertising or media agencies
- Ability to coordinate across multiple internal departments
- Comfortable with client-facing interactions
- Basic knowledge of logistics, billing, and campaign lifecycle

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,799.11 per month
