Positions Open:
- Chef (Bakery/Pastry)
- Commis Chef
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake bread, pastries, cakes, and other bakery items as per recipes and quality standards
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards in the kitchen
- Assist in inventory management and stock control
- Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations
- Ensure timely production to meet daily demand
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a bakery, hotel, or restaurant kitchen preferred (Commis: 0–2 years; Chef: 2+ years)
- Knowledge of baking techniques, food safety, and hygiene practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Willingness to join immediately
