Job Details

Key Responsibilities

- Perform IBM iSeries administration, including system installation, downloading IBM Program Temporary Fixes (PTFs), software installation, configuration, and security administration.
- Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of hardware, server resources, systems, and key processes.
- Recommend, schedule, and implement system hardware and/or software upgrades or repairs.
- Perform problem isolation, definition, resolution, and follow-up for system software, hardware, application, and user-reported issues.
- Review system and application logs and verify completion of scheduled jobs, including backups.
- Install, upgrade, configure, test, and maintain third-party software applications.
- Control user access, manage passwords, and maintain a secure systems environment.
- Administer and maintain the Automic workplace.
- Prepare SOX compliance documentation for the AS400 platform and provide support during internal audits.
- Participate in on-call support for emergency Change Requests (CRs) and Priority 1 (P1) issues.




- Liaise with cross-functional teams for ongoing production support issues and project initiatives.
