The Service Coordinator is responsible for coordinating marine service operations by scheduling service engineers, managing customer service requests, tracking job progress, coordinating spare parts, and ensuring timely completion of onboard service activities. The role acts as the communication link between customers, service engineers, logistics, and internal departments to deliver excellent after-sales support.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive and register customer service requests.
- Schedule and assign service engineers based on location, expertise, and availability.
- Coordinate emergency breakdown calls and preventive maintenance visits.
- Monitor job progress and ensure timely completion of service activities.




- Coordinate with customers, shipyards, vessel operators, and OEMs.
- Arrange required spare parts, tools, and documentation before engineer deployment.
- Prepare quotations for service visits and spare parts.
- Verify engineers' service reports and close service jobs.
- Maintain service history and equipment maintenance records.
- Coordinate warranty claims and OEM support.
- Support invoicing by submitting completed job documentation.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
