Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain the company's Amazon Seller Central account.
- Create, edit, and optimize product listings with accurate titles, descriptions, images, and keywords.
- Upload current products and update pricing, inventory, and product information.
- Process and monitor customer orders from dispatch to delivery.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor inventory levels and prevent stock-outs or overselling.
- Handle customer queries, messages, returns, refunds, replacements, and A-to-Z claims.
- Maintain excellent Account Health metrics and resolve policy violations.
- Monitor Buy Box performance and pricing competitiveness.
- Plan and execute Amazon promotional campaigns, coupons, lightning deals, and advertisements (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, etc.).
- Analyze sales reports, advertising performance, and business metrics to improve revenue.
- Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and content teams for product images and A+ Content.
- Ensure compliance with Amazon's policies, guidelines, and performance standards.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports.
- Work closely with finance for reconciliation of payments, settlements, and reimbursements.

Required Skills





- Good knowledge of Amazon Seller Central.
- Understanding of Amazon FBA and Easy Ship/Self-Ship processes.
- Knowledge of product listing optimization (SEO).
- Experience with Amazon PPC advertising is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Amazon Marketplace management (preferred).
- Freshers with strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central may also apply.
