We are looking for an AI & Agentic Developer with over 5 years of experience in building and integrating intelligent, AI-driven applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI frameworks, LLM-based systems, and full-stack development, with the ability to design, develop, and deploy scalable AI solutions. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to create smart, automated systems using tools like LangChain, CrewAI, and AutoGen, while leveraging vector databases and modern deployment platforms. This role offers the opportunity to innovate at the intersection of AI and software development, delivering impactful, real-world solutions.

Responsibilities

As a key member of our team, you will:

- Build and integrate AI-powered applications using LLMs and AI APIs (OpenAI, Claude, Hugging Face).
- Create and manage AI agents using tools like LangChain, CrewAI, and AutoGen.
- Use prompt engineering to improve AI results and user experience.
- Work with vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma) for AI search and knowledge retrieval.

- Collaborate with developers, designers, and researchers to build smart solutions.
- Deploy applications using Docker, Kubernetes, Vercel, Railway, Supabase.
- Ensure applications run smoothly, are scalable, and perform well.

Skills & Abilities

Must-Have Skills





- 4–5 years of experience in AI/ML or Full Stack Development with AI integration.
- Strong knowledge of Python, JavaScript, React.js, Next.js, Node.js, TypeScript.
- Experience with AI APIs (OpenAI, Claude, Hugging Face).
- Hands-on with LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI and similar frameworks.
- Understanding of prompt engineering and AI search (vector databases).
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL, Supabase, Railway, Vercel.
- Comfortable using AI coding assistants like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Tabnine.
- Good problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

- Experience with RAG pipelines, chatbot development, or MLOps.
- Familiarity with cloud AI services (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Exposure to multi-agent workflows and API orchestration.

Soft Skills

Robust problem-solving and collaboration skills. Clear communication and adaptability in fast-paced projects. Curiosity to explore and apply new AI technologies.
