Role Overview

Ace Blend is looking for a highly energetic, organized, and execution-focused Events Executive / Event Coordinator to manage on-ground events, brand activations, sampling activities, and premium brand experiences.

The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills, experience handling large-scale events, and the ability to manage end-to-end execution while representing the brand professionally in high-energy environments.

This role requires someone who is proactive, camera-friendly, detail-oriented, and comfortable travelling for events and activations.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute on-ground events, brand activations, sampling drives, and promotional activities
- Coordinate with vendors, event partners, mall teams, agencies, and external stakeholders
- Handle negotiations with vendors and event partners to ensure smooth execution within budgets
- Manage logistics coordination, inventory planning, and stock movement for events and activations
- Monitor and maintain event inventory, branding materials, sampling products, and setup requirements
- Ensure seamless execution of premium events with high footfall and customer engagement
- Handle crowd coordination and manage event operations professionally during peak activity hours
- Coordinate sales activities and ensure smooth customer interaction during activations
- Capture event moments, behind-the-scenes content, stories, photos, and footage for social media and branding purposes
- Work closely with marketing, social media, and brand teams for event communication and content requirements
- Maintain proper event records, reports,



vendor data, and activation performance sheets
- Prepare and manage event trackers and reports using Excel and internal sheets
- Travel for events, exhibitions, fitness expos, marathons, wellness events, and brand collaborations whenever required

Requirements

- 2–3 years of experience in Events, Brand Activations, On-ground Marketing, or Event Coordination
- Prior experience in Sports, Wellness, Nutrition, FMCG, Lifestyle, or D2C brands preferred
- Strong vendor management and coordination skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong understanding of event execution and customer engagement
- Positive knowledge of Excel, data tracking, and reporting
- Camera-friendly personality with confidence in handling on-ground interactions
- Ability to work in fast-paced and high-pressure event environments
- Strong ownership, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable with travelling and working on weekends/events when required
