- Plan and execute daily production activities
- Supervise shop floor operations (CNC, VMC, Lathe, Assembly)
- Ensure production targets and delivery schedules are met
- Handle and manage shop floor manpower
- Monitor machine utilization and productivity
- Coordinate with Quality team to maintain standards
- Reduce rejection, rework, and improve efficiency
- Troubleshoot production and machine-related issues
- Maintain production reports and documentation
- Ensure safety and 5S practices
- Diploma / B.E in Mechanical / Production Engineering
- 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing industry
- Strong knowledge of CNC, VMC & Lathe machines
- Experience in manpower handling
- Experience in pump manufacturing industry
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing / Kaizen
- Exposure to production planning
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
