- Understand the student’s academic background, interests, and career goals.
- Suggest suitable courses, programs, and specializations.
- Provide clarity on future career prospects in different countries.

2. Country & University Shortlisting

- Recommend countries based on the student’s budget, academic profile, language skills, and career aims.
- Help identify the best-fit universities or colleges, not just the popular ones.

3. Admission Guidance

- Explain admission requirements (tests like IELTS, TOEFL, GRE, GMAT, etc.).
- Assist with application timelines and processes.
- Support students in preparing SOPs, LORs, CV/resumes, and essays (guidance, not ghostwriting).

4. Documentation & Application Support

- Help students gather necessary documents.
- Review application forms for accuracy and completeness.
- Guide students in maintaining deadlines for each university.

5. Visa Assistance

- Provide detailed guidance on visa requirements, financial documentation, and procedures.
- Help prepare students for visa interviews (where applicable).

6. Scholarship & Financial Planning





- Inform students about available scholarships, grants, and financial aid.
- Help estimate total cost of study (tuition + living expenses).
- Assist in exploring loan options if necessary.

7. Pre-Departure Support

- Give information on:
- Accommodation options
- Travel arrangements
- Health insurance
- Cultural adaptation
- Packing essentials
- Conduct pre-departure orientations.

8. Post-Arrival Assistance

- Support students with accommodation issues, local registration, or settling-in guidance (depending on the agency services).

9. Communication With Parents

- Keep parents updated about admission progress, requirements, and next steps.
- Address concerns about safety, expenses, and student wellbeing.

10. Ethical Guidance & Transparency

- Genuine counselors never fake documents or mislead students.
- Provide transparent information about university acceptance chances.
- Maintain explicit communication to avoid false expectations.
