Position: Executive - Strategic Planner

Role Overview

To drive the company's long term strategies, spanning market expansion, branch-wise product-wise revenue strategy, and long-range financial planning. We are looking for a sharp, analytically rigorous MBA graduate to work closely with senior leadership on shaping this plan, translating market and financial insight into decisions that guide TMJL's next phase of growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct industry and market research on the jewellery retail sector including gold demand trends, consumer behaviour shifts, regulatory changes, and competitor moves in domestic and global markets.
- Building a branch-wise sales strategy, and support revenue target modelling.
- Develop function-wise strategy frameworks including scenario analysis and sensitivity modelling across key business drivers (gold price, footfall, branch expansion)
- Assist in preparing presentation decks, and support client and leadership review meetings with structured, data-backed narratives.
- Drive primary and secondary research for competitive bench-marking against listed and unlisted jewellery peers, and broader sector trend analysis.
- Support the preparation and delivery of industry insight presentations.

Key Skills

- Strong data analytics skills,



comfortable building assumption-driven models in Excel, including scenario and sensitivity analysis.
- Excellent PowerPoint and structured-communication skills, able to decode complex analysis into a crisp, decision-ready narrative.
- Strong research orientation, able to independently gather and synthesise primary and secondary data into actionable insight.
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, leadership-facing setting with tight timelines.

Qualification & Experience

- MBA from an IIM, with a strong academic record and demonstrated interest in strategy, consulting, or corporate finance.
- Prior exposure to retail, consumer, or jewellery sector research (internship or project work) is an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
