We’re Hiring: QC Supervisor – Plastics Adaptable Packaging

Location: Matoto, West AfricaSalary: Approx. ₹68,000 – ₹72,000 per month (USD 800)Experience: 5+ YearsQualification: B.Sc. / CIPET

We are looking for an experienced QC Supervisor to join our manufacturing team in the plastics flexible packaging industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise quality control inspections across raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods.
- Train and guide local QC staff on quality procedures and standards.
- Conduct quality audits and ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
- Investigate defects, perform root cause analysis, and implement CAPA (Corrective & Preventive Actions).
- Maintain quality documentation, inspection records, and audit reports.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.




- Coordinate with production and customer teams to resolve quality-related issues.

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Control.
- Experience in Plastics Flexible Packaging / Plastic Packaging industry is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of QC procedures, audits, compliance, and manufacturing processes.
- Experience with CAPA, root cause analysis, and quality management systems.
- French and English language skills will be an added advantage.
- Africa experience preferred.
