- Strong subject expertise in the relevant discipline.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Solid acting or presentation skills for classroom and event activities.
- Pleasant and appealing personality with a child-friendly attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and engage students actively.
