We are looking for a highly organized and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee the company's daily operations and ensure business processes run efficiently. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving operational performance, managing teams, coordinating cross-functional activities, and ensuring the achievement of organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee day-to-day business operations.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Monitor operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, Sales, and other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise operational staff.
- Track KPIs and prepare operational reports for management.
- Optimize resource allocation and improve productivity.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Manage budgets, operational costs, and vendor relationships.
- Resolve operational issues and implement effective solutions.




- Support business growth by identifying process improvement opportunities.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business management software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with process improvement and workflow optimization.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
