Job Title: Junior Purchase Executive – Interior Designing

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive Junior Purchase Executive to support procurement activities for interior fit-out projects. The candidate will assist in vendor coordination, purchase order processing, material follow-ups, and procurement documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist in sourcing materials and obtaining vendor quotations.

· Prepare Purchase Orders and maintain procurement records.

· Coordinate with vendors for timely material deliveries.

· Follow up on pending orders and resolve delivery issues.

· Maintain purchase documentation and vendor databases.

· Coordinate with Project and Accounts teams for procurement activities.

· Verify invoices, delivery challans, and material receipts.





· Support inventory and material requirement planning.

· Ensure compliance with company procurement procedures.

Required Qualifications:

· Graduate/Diploma in any relevant discipline.

· 1–3 years of experience in purchasing, preferably in the interior fit-out industry.

· Basic knowledge of interior materials and procurement processes.

· Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.

· Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

Employment Type: Full time

Salary: Best in the industry (Based on experience and interview performance).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
