Job Description – Field Sales Executive (Software Products)

About the Role

Qubify Technologies Pvt Ltd is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Field Sales Executive with experience in selling software products and digital solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to build client relationships, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities for software products and services.
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and demonstrations.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.




- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and customer support.
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales, preferably in software or IT products.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Basic understanding of software products, SaaS, or IT services.
- Target-driven and self-motivated attitude.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and CRM tools is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
