We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to connect with customers, understand their financial requirements, and assist them in opening Fixed Deposit (FD) accounts. The candidate will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, providing proper guidance about FD plans, and achieving monthly business targets.
Freshers who have good communication skills and are interested in building a career in the finance and customer relationship field are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with potential customers through calls and other communication channels.
- Explain Fixed Deposit products, benefits, interest rates, and available plans to customers.
- Assist customers throughout the FD account opening process.
- Generate recent business opportunities and maintain customer relationships.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into successful FD accounts.
- Handle customer queries and provide timely support.
- Maintain customer records and update daily activity reports.
- Achieve monthly performance and business targets.
- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth processing of customer requests.
