Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of business systems.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding them through technical challenges.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues before they impact business operations.

Skilled & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and troubleshoot complex software issues within payroll systems.
- Experience in managing and supporting cloud-based human capital management solutions.
- Ability to interpret system logs and error messages to identify root causes of problems.
- Familiarity with business process workflows related to payroll and human resources.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
