Customer Experience (CX) Manager – Service Department (Automobile)

Location: Alappuzha

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the vehicle service process.
- Coordinate with Service Advisors and the workshop team to ensure timely service and vehicle delivery.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction.
- Build strong customer relationships and improve customer retention.
- Maintain customer records and prepare basic service reports.
- Ensure compliance with dealership customer service standards.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or the automobile industry preferred.




- Freshers with excellent communication and customer service skills are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email).
- Positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
