Job Description:

We are looking for a data-driven and result-oriented Performance Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving measurable results such as managing paid ads, insights, research and Website SCO through performance marketing channels.

Job Location: Valsad, Gujarat

Working days & Timings: Monday to Saturday(9:30 am to 6:30 pm)

Salary: 25000 to 30000

Experience 2 to 5 Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms
- Optimize campaigns for leads, conversions, traffic, and sales
- Conduct testing on ad creatives, copies, audiences, and landing pages
- Manage ad budgets efficiently to achieve maximum ROI (Return on investment)
- Set up and track conversion pixels, events, and analytics
- Prepare performance reports and insights for clients and internal teams




- Collaborate with creative, content, and designing teams for campaign success
- Stay updated with the latest trends and platform updates in paid marketing

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Proven experience in performance marketing or paid advertising
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google my business and campaign optimization
- Understanding of audience targeting, funnels, and remarketing
- Ability to analyze data and make performance-based decisions
- Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and ad dashboards
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Valuable communication and reporting skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
