- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.




- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with vendors and service management teams to facilitate issue resolution and improve service delivery.
- Lead efforts to document and share best practices and lessons learned to enhance team knowledge and operational efficiency.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and assisting in their professional development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Linux Architecture.
- Solid knowledge of system administration and troubleshooting in Linux environments.
- Experience with incident and problem management processes to ensure operational stability.
- Ability to create and implement Requests for Change while minimizing business impact.
- Familiarity with updating and maintaining technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Effective collaboration skills to work with vendors and cross-functional teams for issue resolution.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Linux Architecture.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
