Job Opening - Auditor/Executive/Audit Assistant

KLM Assets Fin is seeking a detail-oriented Auditor/Executive/Audit Assistant to enhance financial integrity, ensure compliance with applicable regulations, and support effective risk control across our operations. Applicants with a minimum of one year of experience in internal auditing, particularly within NBFC or chit fund environments, are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Location:
Candidates based in Ernakulam and those who can join immediately will be given preference.

Role Overview:
The selected candidate will be responsible for evaluating branch operations, verifying financial records, and ensuring that all activities align with internal policies and regulatory standards. This role requires a proactive approach in identifying discrepancies and improving operational processes.

Core Responsibilities:





- Conduct audits across branches focusing on chit fund transactions and processes
- Verify financial records including collections, receipts, and deposits for accuracy and consistency
- Ensure compliance with internal guidelines and statutory regulations
- Identify discrepancies, irregular transactions, or lapses in cash handling
- Highlight risks or non-compliance issues and escalate when necessary
- Compile structured audit reports with clear insights and practical recommendations
- Perform periodic branch visits to assess efficiency and operational practices
