Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Marketing Executive & Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting product and sales training for current and existing employees, dealers, distributors, and channel partners, while also supporting marketing initiatives to strengthen our brand presence and product awareness.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct induction and product training for newly joined employees.
- Organize regular refresher training sessions for existing employees.
- Prepare and update training materials, presentations, manuals, and product literature.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing teams to identify training needs.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing activities, promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and dealer meets.




- Gather market feedback and competitor information to support marketing strategies.
- Ensure consistent product knowledge across all sales channels.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5–9 years of experience in Training, Sales, Marketing, or Product Training.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Confident in conducting classroom and field training sessions.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
