We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive who can help us connect with potential clients, studios, brands, and businesses seeking game development services.

Responsibilities

- Identify and connect with potential clients
- Generate qualified business leads
- Build and maintain strong professional client relationships
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the development team
- Assist in proposal discussions and project onboarding
- Support business growth initiatives and partnerships

Requirements

- Strong communication and networking skills
- Experience in sales, business development, freelancing, or client acquisition is a plus
- Basic understanding of the gaming or software industry
- Self-motivated and result-oriented mindset




- Ability to work independently in a remote setting

Compensation

- This is a performance-based salaried role.
- No fixed monthly salary is guaranteed without successful business generation.
- If you successfully bring a project in a given month, you will receive your salary for that month.
- Salary will be processed after the client confirms the project and completes the initial payment (or as per the agreed payment terms).
- Salary amount and payment terms will be discussed during the hiring process.
