About NearWear:

Nearwear (nearwear.in) is a hyperlocal fashion discovery and delivery platform based in Guwahati. We partner with local mall-based branded apparel stores — including our flagship partner Sohum Shoppe on G.S. Road — to bring branded fashion (Levi's, Allen Solly, Van Heusen, KAZO, Madame, Celio) to customers, rapid. Our promise: Browse Fashion from Malls. Near You.

What you'll do:

- Plan and execute Nearwear's day-to-day Instagram and Facebook content — posts, reels, stories and Executing paid campaign runs through Meta Ads
- Design simple, on-brand graphics using Canva or any designing software appropriate to carry out an campaign, and write engaging captions.
- Coordinate with our retail partner (Sohum Shoppe) for product content, promotions and Inventory management.
- Support setup and management of Instagram/Facebook Shopping via our Shopify store
- Assist with occasional offline/in-store promotional activity

What we're looking for:

- 1-2 years of hands-on experience running social media for a brand, store, or small business,



comfortable with Canva (or similar design tools) and basic content scheduling
- Strong written English and an eye for visual detail
- Someone who can work independently, take ownership, and isn't just waiting to be told what to post next

Bonus: familiarity with Shopify, or fashion/retail marketing
