Job Summary:

We (GC Media) are seeking a highly talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our agile creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional design skills, a deep understanding of visual communication principles, and a proven ability to deliver high-quality work across a wide range of media. You will be responsible for leading the visual direction of projects, mentoring junior designers, and ensuring the consistent delivery of exceptional creative solutions that meet client objectives and exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualization and Design:

· Lead the design process from concept to completion, ensuring all deliverables align with creative briefs and brand guidelines.

· Develop innovative and impactful visual concepts for a wide range of projects, including:

(1) Print advertising (Newspaper, brochures, flyers, posters, billboards)

(2) TV Advertising

(3) OOH (Hoardings, Auto Branding etc.)

(4) Digital advertising (banners, social media graphics, email campaigns, website graphics)

(5) Branding (logos, brand guidelines, visual identity systems)

(6) Packaging design

(7) Motion graphics and animation (basic)

(8) Present design concepts to clients and internal stakeholders, effectively communicating design rationale and addressing feedback.

Project Management:

· Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.

· Oversee the work of junior designers, providing guidance, feedback, and mentorship.

· Ensure all design files are properly organized and archived.

Client Communication:

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and exceeding their expectations.

· Proactively communicate project progress, challenges, and potential solutions.





· Effectively present design solutions and gather client feedback.

Technical Skills:

· 2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer in an advertising or media agency is mandatory.

· Strong portfolio showcasing work in print ads, TV commercial layouts, and outdoor media campaigns and all other vertical of Advertising.

· Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus).

· Hindi typing skills- Ability to type in Hindi using Unicode or other Hindi typing tools (e.g., Inscript, KrutiDev).

· Deep knowledge of print production processes, color formats (CMYK), and media sizes/specs for TV and OOH advertising.

· Strong visual storytelling, conceptual thinking, and attention to detail.

· Excellent time management, communication, and team collaboration skills.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.

· 2+ years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer in an advertising agency or design studio.

· Proven ability to lead design projects from concept to completion.

· Strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of design skills and a high level of creativity.

· Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

· A passion for design and a desire to continuously learn and grow.

Advertising and Media Industry Experience is mandatory.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
