Key Responsibilities:

1. Excel & Data Management

- Create, update, and maintain complex Excel sheets, dashboards, and MIS reports.

- Knowledge of advanced Excel

- Track sales data, inventory, pricing, and vendor rates.

- Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports for management

2. Quotations & Pricing

- Prepare qualified quotations, proposals, and tenders for clients

- Collect product/service details, calculate pricing, margins, discounts, GST, and final rates

- Maintain a quotation tracker and rate list database

3. Other

- Liaison with vendors for rate comparisons

- Ensure all quotations are error-free and sent on time

- Support sales team with data analysis and cost sheets

- File management and documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Education: Graduate in Commerce / BBA / Any stream

- Experience:3 years in quotations, MIS,



or commercial role

- Excel Skills: Expert level.

- Software: MS Office, Tally knowledge is a plus. ERP exposure is good

- Other: Good communication, attention to detail, fast learner

- Language: Hindi + English typing

- Speed + Accuracy with numbers

- Client-facing attitude for quotation emails/calls

- Problem solving - can build sheets from scratch

- Time management - handling multiple quotations with deadlines

- Growth in Sales/Commercial department
