We are looking for a hardworking and dedicated Cook to join our Fish On Fire team at our fish fry food cart in Whitefield. The candidate should be passionate about cooking, maintain hygiene standards, and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook fish fry and other seafood items as per company recipes.
- Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation are consistent.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and food cart.
- Handle food preparation, marination, and ingredient storage.
- Monitor stock levels and inform the supervisor about inventory requirements.
- Follow food safety and company operating procedures.
- Work as a team to provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a cook is preferred (Fish Fry/Seafood experience is an advantage).
- Freshers with a passion for cooking are also welcome.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
- Honest, punctual, and responsible.
- Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings.
