Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries, provide support, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Make telecalls and provide deep briefing about benefits of investing in the company.

Act as a primary point of contact with the clients, be polite by nature.

Handle their queires and respond them promptly.

Develop and implement comprehensive investment strategies aligned with halal principles.

Good conversion for investment and maintain strong customer relationship.

Manage client portfolios and asset allocations.

Conduct market research and risk assessments.

Monitor investments and report performance.

Identify and acquire new clients.

Create marketing strategies and promotional activities.

Network with potential clients, institutions, and partners.

Arrange seminars and awareness campaigns about halal investment benefits.

Handle client inquiries and consultations with them .

Educate clients about halal investment options.





Maintain long-term relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Upsell new products and services.

Requirements:

Minimum 2-4 years of experience preferably in investment role will be preferred.

Proven track record of onboarding the clients for investments.

Strong communication and convincing skills.

Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.

Ability to work both independently and as a part of team.

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree is must.

Proficiency in English, Arabic or other languages will be an added advantage.

Excellent communication and interpersonal, client relationship, convincing skills is mandatory.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹9,083.59 - ₹25,000.00 per month
